A Poem by Thailan

untitled 27

Waking up from a dream...
I fell out of bed to slip into the night
it was a hard fall
but the wind carried me into it's flight
Through the maroon forest
I floated by trees of the past
wandering, lost in my mind
finding a reality out of my grasp
Reaching and reaching
my hands could never capture
the uncaged love that my physical was after
Around me the spirits grooved
helping me to overstand
there was nothing at all to prove
when life is a freestyle dance
Waking up from another dream...
I jumped out of bed to fly off a cliff
wings grow when patient
within the mystic abyss
Free falling now
learning to let go
angels lighting the path
so I could enter the flow
I'm waking up from a dream now
recognizing the thin line
between sleeping and waking
in the evolution of our minds
Creating the subconscious
dual universe
the power of our dreams
will magically give birth
I'm waking with the conception of sunrise
aware of the present paradigm
Unable to sleep in today because I can see the signs
Separation has defined us
but positive thought will stand the test
open your eyes to see
YOUR DREAMS WILL MANIFEST!
