Nynke Koopmans

Nynke Koopmans is Co-Founder and Emotional Intelligence Program Director of Chrysalis; a team that designs educational programs encompassing Performing Arts, Eco-Literacy and Emotional Intelligence. Chrysalis has worked with several schools and organizations such as Cure Autism Now and Education Not Incarceration.

Nynke is also a Founding Director of the Mystic Family Circus; a Non-Profit healing arts community of over 900 performers, artists, healers and educators; that collabrates with organizations such as Cirque Du Soleil, Health and Harmony, Bioneers Conference and Green Festival. www.cirquedusoleil.com , www.harmonyfestival.com , www.bioneers.org , www.greenfestivals.com

She is an active member of the Yoga Tai-Chi Collective; which produces events that promote healing and peace through conscious breathing, yoga, martial arts, dance, ritual performance, art, healing touch and conscious eating.

She volunteers regularly with CHALLENGE DAY, a program committed to stopping teen violence and alienation; and through MOCHA, working with at-risk youth and creating art shows with them.
